A Portable Device that can treat a person whose Heart has Stopped Beating
Located in the Bocce Kitchen

 Steps to use the AED*
Call 911: Immediately call emergency services.

• 1. Check for Responsiveness: Shake the person's shoulders and ask loudly, "Are you okay?"

  2. Start CPR: If the person is unresponsive, begin CPR.

  3. Locate AED: In the Bocce Kitchen - Pull handle an alarm will sound and flashing red light. 

  4. Turn On: Turn on the AED and follow its voice prompts.

  5. Apply Pads: Place the AED pads on the person's chest, as instructed by the device.

  6. Follow Prompts: Follow the AED's instructions carefully, including any necessary shocks.

  7. Continue CPR: Continue CPR until emergency responders arrive.
